The law of good karma.
Our company generated 300 Billion impressions in 2025 for 90% cheaper than running Ads, along with helping our client airdrop over $700M in value to their holders.
The center of our company is providing value, even if it means making less in the short run.
I often get asked how we could scale our company in Web 3, in a marketing that is incredibly saturated, hyper-competitive, and requires a truly unforgettable market entry.
I probably get asked this question daily, and I've given several answers, but I always come back to one: the law of good karma or reciprocity. The more you give, the more you get. While this is true in life, it is especially relevant in Web 3.
In a world where Web 3 is like a decentralized Wild West, those who provide value and seek nothing in return will reap the most significant rewards.
You reap the seeds you sow, usually 8 to 9 months after you sow them. Getting off the ground is the hardest part.
Building your good merit within the Web 3 universe takes time, which is why Arcadia strives to provide value to our clients and the general population.
How we conduct business, be it with clients, influencers, or even communities, is always from the standpoint of providing as much value as possible. I won't lie or virtue signal by saying we aren’t here to grow and run a company. We are, 1000%, but we believe there is a proper way to do it, one which involves giving first.
The essence and ethos of decentralization involve democratizing access to the financial system, empowering the underpowered, and banking the unbanked.
When you're able to translate this mantra throughout your company, it becomes extremely rewarding.
You might be wondering: How do you actually do this? What does it look like from a company standpoint? I'm going to give you three different perspectives: as a project, as a service provider like Arcadia, and as a Web 3 trader/builder.
1. As a Project
It is essential to prioritize your unique selling position because it dictates your target audience, and your target audience dictates your daily actions in Web 3. The more you cater to your target audience, the bigger the army of marketing counterparts you build.
Whether it’s launching your protocol, going live with your platform, or doing a token airdrop, ensure that the earliest movers are incredibly incentivized and rewarded.
The best marketing is often unpaid and occurs when people don’t realize they're being marketed to. Prioritize your target audience through your actions and let the outcomes speak for themselves.
2. As a Service Provider
We coach and train our clients to prioritize large airdrops, community-centric rewards, and a transparent building approach. In Web 3, many grifters and scammers are in it for the wrong reasons.
You can set yourself apart by providing free value. If you’re genuinely a good service provider, you can offer your expertise at no cost other than your time, which is your most valuable asset when starting out. Initially, I participated in as many free demos as possible, breaking down analytics for clients and running campaigns at little to no cost to secure the next case study. This builds good merit and shows why you're in the space.
3. As a Builder
As a builder, your network is 1000% your net worth in crypto. The amount of access you have will inevitably determine your success. Think about how you can work backward and associate yourself with people who contribute to a successful environment.
The best way is to build relationships first, making it evident you aren’t transactional, nor here for a quick buck, but for long-term building. My initial goal in Web 3 was to have as many calls as possible, spending countless hours connecting without expecting immediate returns.
The network effects grow, and before you know it, people will reach out to you.
